1. POSH Compliance Policy

KUAS Digi Tech follows a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy towards sexual harassment in accordance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines.

All workshops, training programs, and digital learning sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

An LOCAL Committee (LC) is responsible for addressing complaints related to harassment and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.

2. Safe Learning Environment

KUAS Digi Tech is committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Users are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, participants, and platform administrators.

Any abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

3. Minor Safety & Parental Consent

For participants under the age of 18 years, verifiable parental or guardian consent is mandatory before accessing training programs.

KUAS Digi Tech does not track behavioral data of minors. Instead, we provide an honest and transparent Aptitude Report regarding the learner's skills and progress.

4. Digital Conduct Guidelines

All users must adhere to responsible digital conduct while using our platform.

• No harassment, bullying, or abusive language
• No sharing of harmful or illegal content
• No unauthorized recording of sessions
• Respect intellectual property and platform guidelines

5. Reporting Concerns

If any participant experiences or observes unsafe behavior, they are encouraged to report the matter immediately.
