All participants, users, and collaborators operate as Independent Contractors. This platform does not constitute an employment relationship. Statutory employee benefits such as PF, ESI, or other employment privileges are not applicable.

2. Educational Infrastructure Only

KUAS Digi Tech functions strictly as an educational infrastructure and digital learning platform. We do not operate or promote investment schemes, networking chains, or multi-level marketing (MLM) programs.

3. Third-Party Tools Integration

Our platform may integrate with trusted third-party digital tools and services including:

• Zoho
• Google Workspace
• Cashfree
• Make.com
• Microsoft Azure Cloud

The security, management, and protection of individual accounts on these platforms remain the responsibility of the user.

4. License Terms

Institutional or educational licenses may be granted at ₹0 for learning and training purposes only.

Redistribution, replication, resale, or unauthorized commercial usage of the following intellectual properties is strictly prohibited:

• KUASDIGITAL Astra Framework™
• 18-Pillar Framework™

5. Compliance with Policies

All users must comply with our Privacy Policy, Safety Policies, and Digital Conduct Guidelines while using this platform.

6. Updates to Terms

KUAS Digi Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
